Fitting Instructions
- Insert tip into ear canal while pulling ear outward & upward with the opposite hand, then adjust it for greatest noise reduction.
- Check the fit after inserting earplug.
- Pull earplug stem gently. Earplug should not come out of the ear easily. If it does, remove earplug & repeat the fitting.
- Wipe the push in earplugs with a clean cloth when dirty.
- Replace the earplugs if they are damaged or when they are no longer soft and pliable.
- No roll down required.
- Ear tip softens with body temperature.
- Easy insert the soft foam ear tip into the ear canal.
- One size fit most.

EP-33 serial conical shape disposable foam earplugs feature soft, slow-recovery foam for extreme comfort and outstanding noise reduction to protect your hearing. They are easy to roll down and insert, and they expand slowly for a low-pressure fit in virtually any size ear canal. They are made of safe and non-toxic PU foam and will not cause irritation or allergies when they contact the skin. They are easy to roll down and insert, and they expand slowly for a low-pressure fit in virtually any size ear canal. They are commonly used in industrial settings, especially in the food processing industry. When the earplugs are dropped down the production line, the metal detector senses a metal object, it emits a loud beeping sound to alert the wearer, indicating that there may be a danger in the area. HEP-11 Banded Earplugs
Features:
HEP-11 banded earplugs feature a plastic band that runs around the head and positions the earplugs correctly inside the ear. This enables them to be quickly and easily inserted and removed: particularly useful in situations where fluctuating noise levels are a frequent interruption to the wearer.
It is ideal for intermittent wear; the band can be easily stored around the neck when not in use. Flexible and durable band that can be washed and reused multiple times. Replacement pods are available and sold separately as an accessory. HEP-11 headband design prevents earplugs from touching contaminated substances on workers' hand and keeps the ear canal clean. The ear pod is made of safe and non-toxic PU foam, and it will not cause irritation or allergies when it contacts the skin. The semi-insert earplugs combined with the lightweight headband design make a balance for protection and comfort.
