Put the neckband under the chin. Hold the large ends of the earplugs and swivel them to direct the tips into the ear canal opening. When they have reached the end of their shelf life and must be discarded, they will no longer be garbage that has remained on the earth for hundreds of years, but can be gradually decomposed by microorganisms into CO2, CH4 or water in the landfill and return to nature.
